Milk Essence Whitening Beauty Series Lotion Review

This is going to be my review of the ever popular 

Milk Essence Whitening Beauty Series Lotion

This lotion got really popular since a lot of people are selling this online!

What it claims?

-Kutis Korean Skin

-Instant Whitening Effect

I have been using this product 

(on and off, regularly but not in a daily basis) 

in the past year.

I bought 6 boxes 2 years ago and i still have 2 boxes left.

I gave away one box, and have used up 2 boxes,

currently using a bottle to a total of 6 all in all.

First stop, packaging.

This how it is packaged.

simple, small and slim

this is how the box looks like

it has a logo at the top of the box

that's right after opening the top area

it has some text written on

but i can't actually decipher it 

since it's written in a  different language

this is how the bottle looks

this is how it looks like when the cap's off the bottle

it has a hundred-gram content

this is how it looks like at the back of the bottle

can't read the characters written

the good thing about it is that it has some english translations

So now to my review:

PROS:

whitens the skin in an instant

glowing and radiant skin

it sure can give off a Korean-like skin

positive moisturizing effects

it has a soft smell

long lasting

not sticky (like glue) at all

needs only a really small amount to cover the entire skin

 the left side has the lotion

the right side has none

Can you tell the difference?

I surely can!

The left is actually radiant and glowing compared to the one in the right.

CONS:

Effect is just temporary, after you wash out, the whitening effect goes away as well.

It may not be good-looking in a dark complexion.

When applied too much, it has tendencies of making you look like a white lady, literally!

It needs great effort in blending well and even, all throughout the body.

(or else you'll have an uneven skin color - other areas whiter than the other)

When the weather is really sunny and humid, 

you may feel really hot and sweaty, which i really hate.

Final verdict:

It is a good product if you want to whiten instantly and it is really, 

and i mean really effective in giving off a radiant, whiter looking skin!

I did get a lot of compliments after i used this lotion!

It is really a big help to me!

Etude House Collagen Moistful Essence-In Primer Review

Hello honeylicious!

This is my review of the popular Collagen Moistful Essence-In Primer from Etude House.

I had this primer for a long time and i love this product

but since i am living in a tropical country where it is very humid most of the time,

i only use this during rainy seasons,

wherein the weather is cold and my face is less likely to become oily.

Since this product has baobab oil, if i'm not mistaken, 

it is a very good source of vitamin E which has an impressive moisturizing qualities. 

It also does not clog pores and promotes cell regeneration.

It actually has a lot of benefits to come in a form of a primer!

the gist of this primer is that it's something totally different from the usual primers

How to apply:

shake the bottle well

spray it on the areas of the face

massage the face

The PROS:

let's start first with the obvious:

it's a spray on primer, which is very good for hygienic purposes

it has a very unique content

and an attractive color

plus:

super easy application

moisturizes the skin very well,

bb cream blends well and looks better if applied with this primer

divine yet temporary citrus scent once applied

CONS:

not advisable for oily skin types and humid places,

may even cause break outs

My Final Verdict:

It is a really good product which has many benefits

 to the skin and to the make-up application as well!

I recommend buying it!

If you have an oily skin type, evaluate first the extent of your face' oiliness.

It's really up to you if your skin works well with products containing oil extracts.

As for me, I only use this product if it's not hot outside,

so it still works well with my skin!

New Year's Resolution

Hello honeylicious!

I hope this still counts,

it's still January right?

~

Before this,

i had no plans on making a list of resolutions

simply because i never seem to fulfill and accomplish my list throughout the year.

And if i do, i always seem to find excuses to skip and put them to no regards.

But,

i recently read an inspirational story about new year's resolutions article 

from the Manila Bulletin newspaper written by Gov. Jun A. Ynares, M.D. about failed resolutions.

It made me change my mind. 

I want to share it with you.

He wrote 

"I will not focus on the "what not to do ever again"; 

my efforts will be at "doing more of what i am good at." 

"I will keep my eyes focused on personal strengths."

With that, i got inspired to do the same,

this year, i will not focus on what not to do, 

rather, i'll put great efforts to culture and progress what i already have.

Not to list anything, 

but to just be even better in any ways possible 

with great emphasis on enhancing my strengths~

I hope you'll do the same!
